About Me

My name is Leah Weingartner and I am currently a graphic design major, studying at Mercyhurst University.

I have been gaining experience in many digital medias during my studies; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in particular. I also have a deep passion for more traditional art. I am an active painter, and I enjoy working on independent projects on my own time. I believe that this keeps my creative gears turning, allowing for me to bring my best work to the table.

Type

Many printed medias use type, and using both photo and type I am able to create interesting designs.

Web

Coding is a long and interesting process that I am currently working to understand. One day I will be able to provide more than just attractive mockups of websites.

Art and advertising use photo-manipulation in creative ways. I am able to utilize my resources in a way that allows for the most interesting design to be exploited.
